We're here to help you thrive

After years of personal and professional experience, we founded Phoenix Rising Behavior and Academic Consulting to help schools, parents and individuals feel supported in moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Our goal is simple: to help people make sense of complex problems and move forward with confidence.

How It Works

01

A free 15-minute consultation

Tell us what you're facing and what's possible. We'll recommend next steps and help you decide if we're the right fit.

02

A plan built around you

Your family, your school, or your team. Individualized, practical, and explained in plain language.

03

A bridge, not a destination

We build toward handing skills back to the people who'll use them every day, so support fades as independence grows.

FAQs

Who do you work with?

Families, children, teens, and adults; schools and educators; and clinicians, behavior analysts, and agencies. Start with the path that sounds most like you and we'll point you from there.

1

Do you accept insurance?

It depends on the service. Our ABA-based services (food selectivity, sleep, skill groups, and parent-mediated ABA) can be funded through Utah Medicaid (credentialing in progress), select private insurance, and Utah scholarships with a documented ASD diagnosis, or by private pay. Parent coaching, IEP advocacy, adult coaching, and consulting are private pay.

2

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We're based in Utah and offer in-person and telehealth services. Availability outside Utah depends on the service and on state licensing requirements, so ask us and we'll tell you what's possible.

3

Do I need a diagnosis?

Not for everything. Medicaid and insurance billing require a documented ASD diagnosis. Our private-pay services do not.

5

I'm not sure which service I need. Where do I start?

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll learn about your concerns, answer questions, recommend next steps, and help you decide if our services are the right fit.
